BUTTER PECAN (PANNA COTTA) GELATO

Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert which name is literally translated as ”cooked cream”.  As an Italian favorite, it is an evolution of the Piemontese “Creme Bianca”, typically served with berries, caramel, nuts, chocolate sauce or fruit coulis.  Today, we have crafted exclusive dessert: panna cotta gelato combined with the magnificent flavor of roasted  pecans folded throughout. Enjoy this Buonissima Italian tradition!
