• Melon of your choice
  • Limoncello sorbet
  • Mint leaves
  • Seltzer or club soda


Using a rounded measuring spoon, scoop small balls of melon of your choice. Freeze on a baking sheet until firm, at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, place melon balls in a tall glass with 1 or 2 scoops of Limoncello sorbet. Rub a few mint leaves between your fingers and drop in. Top with seltzer or club soda; serve immediately.
