Ingredients:

• 6 oz. Strawberry Sorbet
• 1 oz. Light Rum
• Soda Water
• Lime
• Strawberry slices
• Mint

Directions:

Muddle mint in the bottom of a glass. Add strawberry and lime slices, and soda water, then lightly stir. Add a scoop of sorbet and mint to garnish.
